After shuttering my bakery and catering company, I was faced with the decision of what I wanted for my future.  My final decision was to help humanity establish permanent habitation on extraterrestrial bodies.  Having decided on my life’s goal, I went back to school, but this time with purpose. The interdisciplinary nature of the engineering program at Southern Utah University appealed to me, but I took it a little further.  I followed two engineering concentrations, mechanical and electronics, and added courses in electronics engineering technologies and CAD/CAM.
